“Managing the Holiday Blues" is a free event sponsored by Impact 100 and Indian River State College that offers strategies to cope with holiday-related sadness, stress, and loneliness. Learn about Holiday Blues symptoms and ways to overcome them, combat isolation, and achieve a renewed sense of well-being. Charlene Morris, LMHC, MCAP and Director of The Source’s Mental Health Services/Dignity Wellness Program invites the community to this free seminar and luncheon to learn ways to cope and make the most of this time of the year. Attendees have an opportunity to participate in conversation with a panel of wellness and mental health experts in Vero Beach.
